Going homeI set up a Lensbaby project and went out to see what i could find localy to my home. Always suprised how a mundain subject can be manipulated with this lens, forcing your point of view in another direction.I´m not that happy about going out in bright sunlight eather, yet shadows also became more important for me then.

Myren ounce offered a main supply of sandstone and those scars of cutting are left all over the island. Yet that said it was a beautiful experiance and not easily forgotten.

Peace of mindRemember that first shot "Forgotten", well this was taken further along the same part of shoreline. Realy happy to see that sun come out as it was still windy and I still wanted my lunch.An eary place and I could emagine how unforgiving it would be nearer the winter, I decided that I would have to come back and see for myself next winter - still wonder if that will happen, yet would be cool to have some sea ice shots?!

AloneWell there has to be at least one shot called "Alone", I mean come on!I will have you know that finding the right name for a moment or place is not as easy as you might think. After working with so many the process of giving a name becomes quite a problem; not wanting the name to effect the onlookers feelings in any way. Somtimes the name will come right there and then on the spot, before it´s taken - then forgotten when I get home ;)

A season that has often passed us buy, yet I was lucky that time, both with the weather and a perfect evening light.Remember taking many shots that time and was so happy to find a beech woodland nearby, a rare event here in Sweden.

Remember taking many shots that time and was so happy to find a beech woodland nearby, a rare event here in Sweden.

There benchA trip up to a place called Alingsas for some night time photography no less, (they have a light show every autom), yet it was going to be a long time waiting until then - so I explored a reservation area to find yet another rare beech woodland full of warmth and colour.That bench looked so inviteing, yet I was not there to relax.

Under warm leavesThis naturaly follows from the last shot, did not see any trolls that time ;) Yet as mensioned on the last shot; I was waiting for a special event to start and have created a peace of music with shots from that event called "After Midnight" so be shore to check out the atmousphere that night brought me.I don´t think I have met so many photographers in one place with one and the same interest!

My mother comes to mind now with memories floading over me. The bakground shot is from my sisters farm were my mother also lived her last years. A place full of memories going way back to when crops were being harvested long ago. Now it´s turned into a garden were nature is also left to have a say in some areas.There are 500 carefully chosen trees that have been planted in the hope that there might be a little woodland there some day.
